Whats the best video card for WOW

just one video card:

EVGA e-geforce 9800 gx2 SSC edition!
amazing! absolutly the best videocard i've ever seen.
...i'm not sure but probably someone in e.bay is selling yet this card at e good price!

if you only intend to play wow then any mid range card will be fine, but keep in mind that wow is pretty CPU intensive, so i'd suggest that you get hold of a decent CPU instead of spending hundreds of pounds upgrading your Graphics card.

The 4650 would be find for running WoW. Looks like CPU is the issue. You might need to crank down the settings. As Micheal said, it can be a CPU intensive game.
Someone with more experience might be able to comment, the Vostro most likely came with a 300W PSU, is that enough to power the 4650?
 
Considering you can't OC on a Dell this would actually be the better choice as it is clocked sightly faster and is almost the same price;

Make sure you upgrade to the latest BIOS from the Dell website before upgrading. That one isn't on the upgrade list they have but it is likely just because it is a new version of the processor. Other wolfdale chips are listed so it should be fine.
