A GT 330M is a slightly underclocked GT 220 which isnt a very good card, but the HD 4200 is an IGP not a discrete card and has to rely on sharing system memory. The GT330M wont perform great but it will do quite a bit better than the HD 4200 so if they are the same price get the GT330M.

If you want to be able to play games at reasonable settings you should be looking for a GTS250M or higher or a Mobility HD 48xx card, while the GTS250M seems like it should be worse than the GT330M because its a lower number it will actually blow it out of the water.

wtf an overclocked gt220? no way man!

i love my gt330m!!! i really do! i have a sony vaio vpc-f one!
it plays counterstrike source and bf2 on full hd, full specs with 80+ fps ingame.

go for the gt330m, it's really good! that 4200 is not good enough for gaming
