i run folding at home gpu from when I get home at 4 in the afternoon, throughout the night until before i go out again the next morning at about half 8. i run it on full settings, and my gpu (xfx radeon 5770) temps go to 75ish degrees C, and activity normally stays about 98/99%. is this going to damage my gpu in the long run? if so how long should i run it for instead?

thanks.

Running anything at full throttle for long periods of time will shorten the life but how much can not be certain as long as you keep it as cool as you can it will be alright. 75 is a bit warm but video cards are built to run hot I personally don't like it going over 70 but 75 is well with in spec.
