HAF 922 extra fan: 1 200mm vs 2 120mm

I think the Megaflow 200mm fan would look better in the case than 2 120mm fans would, but the 120mm fans move over 50% more air.

Given the already excellent airflow of the case, would I get significantly better temps throughout the case with the 120's over the 200?

Edit:
The fan(s) would be on the side panel that currently lacks a fan.

  1. it depends where you are putting them and what it is cooling.

I've got a HAF 922 as well with 2 120mm fans on the side and i think you'll find the 1 200mm is more favorable because it will be quieter. My 922 is really quiet loud, and although it doesn't bug me too much, there have been times that i've wished it was quieter.
  3. haha when you said "quiet loud" I had to read that sentence a few times to understand what it meant, but yeah my vote goes to the 200mm as well, should be plenty of cooling with minimal noise.
  4. i would also vote for the 200mm

ive found 120mm have to be run at high RPM to be effective side fans, frankly I don't even bother with them.
