Is pc3200 interchangeable? Tags: Computer Motherboards Memory Last response: September 21, 2010 10:19 AM in Motherboards Share TY422 September 21, 2010 6:48:30 AM I have an older computer that I occasionally use, and I probably need an extra stick of memory. The motherboard is an Abit AN7 and can use DDR400 memory, but I've read about people using PC3500 and up. If you can, would that work in this board? Also, if I wanted to use only PC3500, how would I use that on a board built for PC3200?
