Radeon 3850 vs 9700pro compare

Looking to upgrade the great original 9700ppro AGP video card in my HT P4 desktop. AM adding RAM, PSupply and a new card. What is the best out there in AGP. Have heard good things about the HD 3850. Like to play Flashpoint, COD4 Half Life and Crysis.

Best AGP card out there is that HD 3850 fallowed by the HD 4650. Last AGP cards to be produced.
