Sapphire Radeon X850XT green bars when capturing

Dear Community!

I have a Sapphire Radeon X850XT graphics card that has analogue video capture feature. When I capture a video from my VHS camera, VCR or any other analogue device the picture is full of flickering solid green bars.

I have the latest drivers, I tried to clean pins of the card, but no change. Have anyone had this before?

Is this new or first time you've tried? If its new, go back to an old driver. Since you have it with no input, I doubt its anything connector camera side. Otherwise, your card may have bit it.

As far as I can remember, it used to work correctly years ago. That definitely was an older driver, but can't really recall which version. It would be great if someone who's already had experienced this problem and successfully fixed it could tell me a solution before I start brute-force installing driver versions.

Under device manager, you can rollback the driver there and at least see which one it was.
