How to remove write protection from my computer

I use my micro sd card without using and Adapter in a Card reader to take music files from my computer. It was working fine till yesterday but suddenly today its showing remove write protection or another disc, and hence neither i can copy or remove files to my pc or from my pc to the SD card. I changed the card reader as well its showing the same actually its working fine in other pc's but not in mine. I used pendrive also its showing the same thing.

pc has Kaspersky virus protection and i scan the PC as well but its nt showing any virus even,,

PLZzzzzzzzzz let me how can i solve this problem...........
