Hi padim and welcome to Tom's hardware forum.

The Rampage III Extreme is a very solid mobo and enough for a gaming rig but if u don't plan use all the features of that mobo I suggest to u the ASUS P6X58D-E for less price with excellent performance.

Yes, the Rampage III Extreme is a great motherboard. If you're not going to use all it's features though you may as well save money and go with a cheaper board as the others here have suggested.
