Need to upgrade card for this system. Can you help?

I would like to upgrade the video card. looking to spend no more than 150$. Also i dont want to have to upgrade PSU.

5770 is more than twice as powerful, it stays inside your budget and is a much more significant upgrade. It only draws at most 108W so it wont require a PSU upgrade.
