I got Acronis True Image with my SSD purchase - so I used that. As long as your HDD has less actual data than the SSD can hold - then it would do the "clone". I got it free with my SSD, but in general - its a purchased software.

I have used macrium "reflect" software as well... thats free - but can also flex drive sizes. Worked fine for me.

Norton Ghost is probably the best known... It is generaly well regarded... but is not free.

One that works well when the drive sizes are unequal it EASEUS TODO BACKUP, which is free.

easeus partition manager will let you clone and resize partitions so it should work. its also free for home use.
