Hi Mike -
It appears that you are using the default VGA driver which limits you to 16
colors at 640 x 480 resolution.
You need to install the correct video driver for your computer.
In viewing IBM's website, it appears that they have not released a video
driver specific to Windows ME. The Windows 98 driver should work.
The above URL links to the driver download page at IBM.COM.
Verify, of course, that your specific model 770 is listed before installing
the driver. Also, for the SoftDVD application (if you have it installed),
you will also need the Video Capture Driver. A link to that driver is
provided on the page above.
