Can\'t change Default Monitor in Display Properties

For many recent video drivers, you have to use the manufacturers control app rather than the default one in Windows. When you right-click on the desktop to select Properties, is there another option at the top of the pop-up menu with a name like "Catalyst Control Center" or some such? Or if you go into the desktop properties, select the Settings tab, and click the Advanced button, is there such a tab?
