Motherboard for a Intel Q6600

Hi,
I am looking into building a new computer using my current system's Q6600 cpu. I would like to know which mobo would be a good pairing for that processor. I'm not sure if it matters, but I do intend to overclock the q6600, right now i have been using stock speed of 2.4gz. I am also going to use a nvidia gts 450 graphics card. Thanks to anyone who could point me in the right direction as to what kind of mobo would be a good choice.
