Need Replacement Video Card
Feb 5, 2010, 2:26 AM
I had a GeForce 7600 GT that went bad.
I found couple of replacement cards at bensbargains.net:
MSI Radeon HD 4550 1GB 64-bit GDDR3 PCI-E Video Card $30 at Newegg
ASUS EN210 GeForce 210 512MB PCI-E Video Card $25 at Newegg
How would these compare to my old card? The hardest thing I am wanting to do with my PC is play Fallout 3 or Medieval Total War.
Dell Dimension 4700
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 2.8Ghz
Monitor: 19" Flat Panel Dell
Windows XP Professional

I'd go with the 4550. It's a lot better. A 7600GT is pretty decent, but the 4550 is probably about twice as good.
