System Shut Down

Hi all, finished my first build 2 weeks ago and now having problems with random shutdowns with succesful reboots and sometimes fans on max and no output from 5 days ago. Hardware is :-

MoBo:Asus P5Q Deluxe.(BIOS 2301)
CPU: Intel Q9550.
Cooler: Noctua NH-U12P SE2.
PSU: Corsair HX 850W.
RAM: 2x2Gb OCZ PC2-8500 Reaper.
GPU: Sapphire HD5850.
HDD: WD 640 Gb 32Mb Cache.
Optical Drive: Sony NEC Optiarc DVD±RW burner AD-7241S.
Case: Antec 300 with 2 extra Noctua NF-P12 120mm Fans.

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OEM. All Drivers up to date. Latest ATI CCC. BIOS 2301 flashed using ASUSUpdate.

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

These shutdowns happen at random, in-game, browsing, idle - between 5 mins to 2 hours after bootup - any ideas, questions welcome . . . :)

Run memtest86 and see if any errors pop up in your RAM. Done any overclocking?

Do some googling too.
