Sp3-not avalid win32 application error

Hello,
i have a windows xp professional 2002 sp2 installed in desktop.i want to install sp3.
so i downloaded xp-KB936929-SP3-ENU.exe with any error msg.but while installing it shows not a valid win32 application

Did you download the file from Microsoft?

The file might be corrupted by an incomplete download, so try downloading it again.

It might also be corrupted by a virus, so make sure your system is clean.
