Hey, I'm going to overclock my i5-3570k and use a Hyper 212 Evo. The Aftermarket cooler doesn't come with thermal paste though. What would be a good recommendation. I would like to keep the price under 10$

Thank you

A cheap thermal paste in my area is Arctic MX-2 which comes in a 4gb tube just for $4.99

If you do live in Canada and around one of these locations, I would urge you to go buy one soon.

If you do not live there then try ebay

or if this is for single use then this would be enough:

Love that cooler good choice, I like the artic silver cermic, a little thicker but unlike the artic silver 7 that contains silver if you get a little to sloppy with it no worries non cunductive five to seven bucks newegg.com or radioshack. Stick with any artic silver product tried and true low cost for proven product. Hope this helps

Interesting, never knew they made an Arctic Silver 7! Either way I have seen a few tests that show the Arctic Silver 5 is beaten by the MX-2 by something like .25 to .50 of a degree. I prefer the MX-2 because it is non-conductive and needs no cure time.
