Where the BIOS option is depends on your BIOS. It would help if you provided make/model of mobo and bios version. Do you have the manual, either on CD or downloaded?
For the Asus P7P55D-E Deluxe, it's under Power, in APM configuration. "Restore on AC power loss" gets set to "power on." See if it's in the same place for you. Good luck.
