Raidmax 120mm Retail Quiet Fan

hi, i have a new system and in the rear panel i installed this fan and connected it to the SYS FAN HEADER.

it is the only "quiet fan" in my case and it never exceeds 500 rpm even if controlled. is it because this model has a limit?
i have the exact fan model but nowhere on the internet it says the RPM MAX.

it should be higher, but knowing raidmax it wouldn't suprize me if it wasn't, is it a 4 pin connector?

no, 3 pin. i just checked and when the system is working like in games etc it reaches about 720 and stays there.

do you think the problem is the fan or the fan header?

i wouldn't be too worried about it... it's still pushing some air at least (not as much as others, but it will work)
