Help! what is this thing called!?

i want to get one of these things that connect to your computer via USB, and then it has a SATA plug that you plug hard drives into and you can whipe internal hard drives outside your computer via USB and it gets power by plugging it into the wall. anyone know what this thing is called? could you possibly provide a link to where i can buy one? thanks
