Thanks for reading this thread: I need to buy a good MOBO that will improve my Sli gtx 460 performance as much as possible. CPU is i5 760. Any advice? Tri-Sli is possible and recomendable?

You can only 2 way SLi GTX 460's as there is only 1 SLi bridge per card.

Also of equal importance the i5-760 only has 16 PCI-Express lanes avalible for graphics and a single card uses 16 lanes doing two cards would be 8x/8x which is what i imagine you are doing. However moving to a 3 way SLi (Which you cant do with GTX 460's) (If there are P55 boards supporting it) would be 8x/4x/4x you would have no performance increase it would just be a waste of money.

The difference is negligible and only noticable when using 5970 level of gpu.

If the E-PRO isn't available the Pro or Deluxe would be fine.
The difference is that they are 1st gen 1156 mobos and don't have usb3 or sata 6.
If you want those features go with the EVO.
