Keyboard and mouse dont work

Hello,
I recently installed a new motherboard (Asrock 4CoreDual-Sata2) and got it to start up but unfortunately my mouse and keyboard dont work, I've tried different keyboards and mice but to no avail. Any help on how to fix this issue would be appreciated, Thank you
