Would I be able to use entirely new hardware with a hard drive that has Windows

If so, would i have to re-install XP? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

1x4 DDR3 1866 RAM
Trinity A10-5800k APU
ASRock FM2A75M-DGS FM2 motherboard

It is never a good idea to transfer an installed copy of Windows from one system to another unless the hardware is very similar. Also, if it is an OEM copy of XP you will likely be violating the license.
