what is +12 volt rail rated, and also 80+ Bronze certified for energy efficiency......... does COOLERMASTER PSU's having this rails cause im planning to buy 500W CM..............

every psu has at least one 12volt rail. it is absolutely neccissary or else ur pc would not function. it provides power to most of the copmnents. some psus have a higher rated single rail and some have multiple sligh;ly lower rated 12v rails. i recommend you get a 450watt corsair or antec psu. also seasonic is a good brand.
cm is not known for its amazing psus, they are moderately ok, thouhg, as long as they arent stressed to much for too long.

yah my question is

1.what is 12v rail and 80+ bronze

2. does these things will come for CM 500W PSU and also CM PSU is good or not........and one more thing it wll support crossfire/SLI

80+ is the energy efficency rating. from worst to best:
NO 80+, plain old 80+, 80+ bronze, silver, then GOLD!!!

if u want to konw which cm psus are really good: very few...
if u want to know IF theyre good: somewhat, mediocre, etc...

CoolerMaster makes some great cases. But they either have not quite learned to make PSU's yet or they do not want to spend the money.
