First Water Cooling Build

So I plan on adding a liquid cooling system to my current PC, and I'd like some advice on what to pick.

My current build is in a Cooler Master scout, the motherboard is a 790x Asus Evo, the CPU is a Phenom II x4, and the graphics card is currently a 6850, although it may be changed to a GTX 480. I'd like to water cool the CPU and the Graphics card, and eventually the northbridge. My budget is around 200-250 dollars.

So would anyone be able to help me pick out parts, design the flow throughout the system, and how to go about installing it?

You could do worse than to check out the W/c sticky up top before you start,
a lot of your questions will be answered in there and give you a good knowledgebase to work from
You don't need to W/c the Nb btw
and You can lower the cost on the Gpu block by buying a universal block and some Vga ramsinks, the added bonus there is You can use the block on your next card upgrade instead of buying a new $100+ F/c block
RX360 kit is a winner though
