Can\'t run file create association folder in control panel

Hi, after install my brothers DCP-135C I have a problem after connect the printer to PC it give a msg that the control center3 is not instaled,

May I a have same help on it

Select your version of Windows and language, then it will show you all drivers. The first is the complete package with drivers and software ( control center 3 included ), or you could just download control center 3 itself, the one underneath.
