Author name windows xp

Hello,
I have windows xp at work. The previous owner of the computer has left the company in a bad way, ive changed the account name, gone into acrobat changed it there and changed it on our outlook express but have no idea where to change the author name that apears in my documents and my scans. Please help as i would score major brownie points from owner if i can figure this one out! They dont like seeing her name everytime.

    For any existing documents, you'll need to right-click the file and select properties. go to the summary tab and change the author.
