Hyper 101 vs TX3 for i7-3770K in NZXT Vulcan

I already posted this but in the wrong forum, I do apologize.

Well, the title pretty much says it, which one would better? Or if you have a better suggestion for under $25, go for it. (You can get the TX3 and the 101 for $18 and $15 respectively on Amazon) Bear in mind I plan to remove the side mesh and replace with plexi to quiet the case a touch, and that I have Corsair Vengeance RAM which is quite tall. I'm unsure if I will be overclocking or not. I have not received the Vulcan yet so I can't measure for exact cooler height requirements.

Of these 2 heatsinks, TX-3 performs better. The main reason is that it has three heatpipes (vs two of the 101) and, its stock fan is 92mm (vs 80mm of the 101).

This better performance is, of course, reflected in its higher price.

So, get the TX-3 if these are the only 2 heatsinks under consideration.
