POWER SUPPLY COMING IN MOTHERBOARD BUT SMPS AND CPU FAN IS NOT SPINNING AND ALSO

Power supply coming in motherboard but smps and cpu fan is not spinning and also the screen is not showing

1- Don't write all in caps
2- Don't post ur e-mail address in the thread
3- Check all the cable connections
