Tyan S2932-E with dual Barcelonas lock up

Hello,
I have a Tyan S2932-E (Thunder n3600M) with dual 2350 Barcelonas. I am getting a lockup that generally happens under load but not consistently. I end up with post code 23 which doesn't seem to have a published description. It is a hard lock, so all I can do is reboot. Sometimes the machine can go for a full day at max load, and sometimes it crashes after 15 mins of just playing mp3s.
I'm running the latest bios 2.06.
