Going to buy a new system in a day or two . The main purpose is 3d animation and gaming

Configuration -

CPU : Core i7 860 2.80Ghz

Motherboard : Gigabyte p55 UD2 , MSIGD45 <-- MicroATX
EVGA p55 SLI , MSIGD53 , Asrock p55 pro <-- ATX

( Need to choose a good motherboard With or without crossfire . I dont have a problem with Micro boards at all . Budget is around $100 - $140 )

Memory : Gskill Ripjaw 4GB(2X2gb) DDR3 1333MHz OR crucial 4gb 1333mhz kit

Casing : Antec Two hundred

HD : Samsung spinpoint 1TB

Power supply : Corsair 600W AA (or can i use 500 w supply ??)

GPU : Radeon HD 5750 1 gb

Gigabyte is good and stable board and price is less , good for overclocking . But i have read some bios complains about it .

M leaning a bit towards UD2 , but dont wanna get in trouble after spending the money.

IF any other mobo which is good other than this list plz suggest

Any suggestions and reviews for motherboards would be very helpful ..

Gigabyte is my motherboard of choice. (I have 4.) I don't know about the G'byte P55 boards, but the P45 BIOS's have been very solid. eVGA boards tend to be very well built. I don't particularly care for Asrock.

Check the home page here for some P55 reviews.

The 5750 is a pretty efficient card. It only needs about 6 amps. If you know that you are not going to upgrade this particular computer, the 400 watt Corsair will provide more than adequate power.

If you think that you might upgrade the system:
Corsair 550VX (41 amp 12 volt rail)

or even the
Antec 500 watt BASIQ

It's a surprisingly good PSU:
