Welcome Newcomer! :)

The CPU + MOBO + RAM = all good together. However, prior to installing OS, update the BIOS {Rampage III Extreme 1005 BIOS / 2010/09/10}

RAM - http://www.corsair.com/configurator/product_results.aspx?id=1493037

I would better recommend - http://www.komplett.ie/Komplett/product/ZKB_01COM/08_MEMINT/productdetails/15590445/Corsair_Dominator_Memory_6_GB__3_x_2_GB_/CMP6GX3M3A1600C8/default.aspx

Water cooling {your site has none} - http://www.komplett.ie/Komplett/catalog/ZKB_01COM/13_COOLERS/12_WATERCO/default.aspx
Simple Water cooling {Corsair H50 + 2 fans for push/pull or H70}:

H50 - http://www.corsair.com/products/h50/default.aspx

Otherwise provide me with another ordering company in your part of the World.

sorry i should have put this in my first post but i forget

what do you think about this monitor i will get it for free if i order my components at that place, i am not looking for any hd super quality just something that has a dvid dual at the back of it and no evident lag ;) so it suits my graphics card

ps there is two, asus and msi graphics card ( i supose asus so they pair up nicely with mobo?)

monitor:

Graphics card: msi

Graphis card: asus

if anyone has any sugestions as to which monitor for for gaming no hd no 3d neccesary i will probably play most games at 75hz because my eys seem to accept that frequency best (glaucoma problem)

thanks for everything

Regarding the GPU either the GTX 480 or GTX 470 are both stellar, so it is a question of budget.

Between the 2 GTX 480's - http://www.komplett.ie/Komplett/product/ZKB_01COM/10_GRPCARD/04_PCI-E/productdetails/20023338/MSI_N480GTX_M2D15_Graphics_adapter_GF_GTX_480/N480GTX_M2D15/default.aspx

Monitors {my recommendations}:
1. ASUS VW246H Glossy Black 24 2ms
2. ASUS VH242H Black 23.6" 5ms

per your limited site:
Acer 23" S231HLbd - http://www.komplett.ie/Komplett/product/ZKB_01COM/16_MONITOR/03_MONITOR/productdetails/20023572/Acer_23_S231HLbd_LED_5ms_DVI_D_VGA/ET_VS1HE_009/default.aspx
Samsung 24" P2450H - LCD - 2ms - http://www.komplett.ie/Komplett/product/ZKB_01COM/16_MONITOR/03_MONITOR/productdetails/20011802/Samsung_24_P2450H_LCD_2ms_HDMI_DVI_VGA/LS24LRZKUV_EN/default.aspx

RE: (glaucoma problem) - "refresh rates" on LCD/LED/Plasma don't have the same effect as they do on OLD CRT monitors. There's a difference between redrawn and scan rate; meaning there is NO flicker whatsoever on the LCD/LED/Plasma monitor or TVs.

Ref {see Liquid crystal displays} http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Refresh_rate

Good Luck!
