MOBO Compatible with CPU

Hi, I am about to buy a new motherboard and was wondering if it will be compatible with my CPU.

I know that it is nothing special. I just wanted something relatively cheap (and good quality) and something that I can OC my CPU with.
My CPU: AMD ATHLON II x4 620 Propus @ 2.6GHZ
Socket: AM3 (938)

I don't know that much about motherboards, but the reviews that I have read have been pretty positive about Gigabyte. Any input would be extremely helpful. Thanks in advance.

Also, is there a possibility of my RAM not being compatible?
RAM: 6GB Kingston DDR3 10700

It will work fine. I agree with all the good things you have read about Gigabyte, I use their boards in 90% of the computers I build.

Ram should work fine as well.
