Windows xp home edition installation error 0XF78D2524

Hello all,

i m trying to install windows xp home edition on my asus notebook but in the way occurring following error and it stop to go ahead. Error is 0X0000007B (0XF78D2524, 0XC0000034,0X00000000,0X00000000).

Please help me anyone to resolve the problem.

Does that notebook have a SATA hard drive? If so, then XP needs a driver to recognize it to install Windows. Your other option is to go into the BIOS and set the SATA hard drive to emulate an IDE/ATA drive.
