i am getting the asus screen but after that it is not booting into os and even it is not going into bios menu and boot menu

Start with clearing CMOS with the jumper on the motherboard or by removing the battery for ten minutes with the power cable removed from the psu. Aftery battery removed, press the power button on the case several times to help discharge the capacitors. Now re-install the battery and see if you can now get into BIOS.
