I have bought the G.Skill NQ Series F3-12800CL9T-3GBNQ over a year ago(its the 1600mhz triple channel 3x1gb DDr3) and i don't know why but i can't use it at full speed with my intel core 2 duo e4500 .
At cpuz at the memory tab i get the following

at the bios when i was trying to change timings and/or the frequency the system failed to boot.
What should i do so it runs stable at a higher or maximum possible speed?
also note that it recognises it as a dual channel instead of triple one
and note that if i can improve memory speed by OC.ing my CPU STABLE At 2,40ghz for a 24/7 basis what settings should i do
Thanks in advance theguyisback23

The RAM you have is triple channel, your motherboard is dual channel. You RAM is working @800MHZ. If you put all three sticks in the board, take one out. Leave the two in same-colored DIMMs. Since you are running a socket 775 CPU, it is highly likely that your board is over-volting the RAM. The SPD tab shows you RAM's voltage is supposed to be 1.5V, check your BIOS RAM voltage and reduce it to 1.5V.
