will theres parts work together? or will some other parts work better?

All those parts are compatible.
I don't understand what you mean by "will some other parts work better". In what way? What do you mean?

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

This isn't the correct section for ask about home build system.

What is your budget?

For now, this are my advices:

1- The LCS is for extreame OC, that i think, you will not try.
2- Save the money of the LCS, and get a ASUS mobo or Gigabyte mobo.
3- I would get a 5850 or 5770
4- Get a Spinpoint F3 500GB or 1TB, is better that the WD that you want.
5- The Coolermaster HAF 922 or 932 are a very good cases.
