how to open a file which is saved in shorcut?

You can't open a shortcut, it's just a pointer to a file. If you delete the file, the shortcut will still exist, but now it points to nothing. If you try to double click the shortcut while the actual file is deleted or moved from it's original location, then you will get an error.
