Clock is very high indeed, but the vCore is a bit high for my taste too.
But here is my suggestion, I would try for 4.5Ghz with 1.30 voltage, and then go even lower if it goes even below that, I know my i7 2600k went even low as 1.25 @ 4.5Ghz when I had threads disabled so only 4 cores in use making it practically i5 2500k
. Remember to run Intel Burn in test after to confirm its stable clock.
