Hi, I am new to this Forum and this is my first post. I had Changed the CPU on my computer and found out that Win 7 was not responding too well. Although Win XP Pro felt faster and smoother the first few hours. When I rebooted the next day Both win 7 & Win XP feel sloopy & slugish. Is this because of the hardware change? Do i need a fresh install?
