Need help to pick a motherboard

Hello

I am looking to build a pc recently and have some trouble picking a motherboard
I decide to buy i5 3470 Cpu
with ASUS P8H77-V LGA1155 H77 DDR3 CrossFireX 2PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 3PCI SATA3 USB3.0 Motherboard
and a sound card ASUS Xonar DX 7.1 Channel PCI-E Sound Card 24BIT Dolby Digital 116DB SNR w/ Low Profile Bracket
any one has any better suggestions?

First of all, I am not a big fan of using headphone since I wear glasses and it feel really uncomfortable sometime
Maybe getting a Logitech Z906 or Bose Component 5>>>>>which speaker you guys will more recommend
and is ASUS Xonar DX sound card good enough for the speaker around $400 price range??

another thing is if I pick a Z77 motherboard,, will this be any different than the H77 I pick
I only know z77 is for overclock, since I dont planing to overclock and both card are the same price range $130, which one will be better,, like the quality of the card

this card seems like a lower level of Z77 family


and the last question is
ASUS Maximus V Formula ATX LGA1155 Z77 DDR3 CrossFireX SLI 3PCI-E16 SATA3 DP HDMI USB3.0 Motherboard
will this motherboard provide better sound quality than the asus xonar dx??
