Temperature graphing software?

Dear highly respected community of Tom's Hardware,

I'm looking for a program that can not only monitor but also graph (plot) the temperature over a time-frame, so that I can see how hot my CPU gets when I'm running BF3 at ultra high settings, in a full 64 player Caspian Border server.

Does such a program exist and can you help me?

Thank you so much for your time,

msi afterburner has a log history setting under the "monitor" tab... alongside that you can create custom fan profiles (really helpful if you have whiny fans) and over/underclock as well as over/under volt in some cases
