 wow, thats a pretty wierd build...here are my suggestions, then i will show you a build:

CPU:you might want to invest into a quad core ...also, this cpu is the higher clocked version, and gaming gets more help from higher frequency.

MOBO: i would recommend trying to get a 790x or 790gx board, rather than 785g.

RAM: :ouch: ...well...first off, amd boards are meant for dual channel, so you get 2x__ kits, not 3x__ second, dont get 1 gig sticks, get a 2x2 kit for the 4 gigs.

CASE: might wanna get a more quality case...

PSU: the case part isnt that serious, you can get away with a less than reputable case, but with PSUS, YOU CANNOT!!!! spend the extra little bit and get a good one!

HDD: ??? you realize that you can get a hdd...

well it's hard to make suggestions when we don't know what is your budget.

The Athlon II X4 620 is better then Phenom II x2

Also for that system you will be using dual channel memory(2 or 4 sticks of ram) you selected a triple channel kit which is for core I7 1366. I would recommend this ram

that's not a very good quality PSU, try to get something from a major quality brand like antec, corsair, ocz. I would recommend ocz 500w or ocz 600w

I rather go with the ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO AM3 motherboard instead of the one you selected

And for such a small difference of price you can get a 500gb HD for like $10 more

HDD: ??? you realize that you can get a hdd with about 3x that capacity, loads more speed, and a bunch of other stuff for about 15$ more...

GPU: good one

now heres what i would do for a sub 600 budget...

final price is 574.92$. it is also much better, compatible, and much higher quality...

I have an external 1tb which i will be using so the hdd is not much of a concern for me...im willing to go as high as $150 for a cpu which is what im having the most difficulty with... as for the mobo is the ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO AM3 that much better than the one i have selected?

The m4a79xtd is even better. I can't really say much about the one you selected, but really ASUS make the best motherboards, the 785 have a onboard video which is unnecessary when you are getting a video card so the m4a79xtd would be the best option, it's not much more expensive but it's more expensive.

Abou the HD either way it's really worth spending $10, $15 more on it.

Case and PSU are low quality.

PSU should start w/ a:

Corsair VX550 $84 after $10 MIR and a 9.5 performance rating

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139004

or

Antec Earthwatts EA500 $69 and a 9.5 performance rating

Given the price and equal rating and no MIR to bother with, I'd do the Earthwatts

alright i updated PSU to
-OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ500MXSP 500W ATX12V V2.2 / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS

and the mobo

-ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO AM3 AMD 785G HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

i cant decide on the cpu

so far it is between

-AMD Athlon II X4 630 Propus 2.8GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor

-AMD Phenom II X2 555 Deneb 3.2GHz Socket AM3 80W Dual-Core Desktop Processor

-AMD Phenom II X3 705e Heka 2.5GHz Socket AM3 65W Triple-Core Processor Model

the 3.2Ghz on the phenom II x2 is quite appealing but is only a dual core which would handle gaming better

well...if i were you, then i would spend the extra 20$ for the x4 925, since it has the speed of the phenom/callisto series, its a quad core, can easliy be oc'ed, and only costs 125$. i wouldnt go with the 705e, those are just 720s that are down clocked to achieve lower voltage, which can be done even further by getting the 720...the athlon series of quads and duals doesnt have a L3 cache, where as the phenom/callistos do, which is why the 3.0 GHz 545 is faster than the athlon something at 3.0 GHz...since the 925 is the best compromise, and not much more expensive, i would go with that...
