Intel Motherboard Advice

I am looking at getting a motherboard to match the I5-760 chip and was wanting something with 8x for crossfire support. My question is:

Is the following motherboard a good choice?

ASUS SABERTOOTH 55i LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard

I know it does not have USB 3.0 or Sata 6, but wont the socket be out of date long before either USB 3 or Sata 6 are in regular usage?

Since you want to crossfire why limit yourself at 2 x 8x go for 2 x 16x

Thanks for the reply but unless Im missing something, that board only has x4 on the other PCIe slots.
