Quick Question

About to put a system together, and I forget if you need thermal paste when putting on a stock heat sink fan.

Its a Core i5, using stock cooler... will I need to use thermal paste?

Nope, it should come with it if I remember correctly. To confirm (that they did put it on), on the underside of the cooler there should be a shiny inset copper circle. On that circle should be some gray stuff. If the gray stuff is there, then the paste is preapplied.
