Which video card to get for $100-150

Hey all, building a new desktop computer, but i need something with a little more oomph than my current Sapphire HD4670... The system i'll be putting this new video card into has the AMD 955 BE Quad processor, M4A785TD-V EVO motherboard, 4gb of the blue G.Skill 1600mhz memory, 250gb SATA hdd, DVD Burner, Sonata III case/500w EarthWatts? PSU... I'm looking for a cheap upgrade from what I have now (4670) maybe around $100-150 CAN and something that won't be out of date by next year.. Crossfire may be an option in the future.. Oh and ofcourse, I'm using a 24" LG monitor W2453V with HDMI/DVI inputs, so 1920x1080 is a must! Looking to play some newer games like Crysis and the newest of the Call of Duty's and some MMORPG's (and hopefully close to maxed out quality if at all possible) Let me know any and all opinions! Thanks

Also just wondering if cross firing the 4670 would be worth the $60-70 ? I've been doing some research and it doesnt look all that promising but...?

The X-fire isn't an option. IMO with $169.99 you can get a 5770. Is a good card and can run almost everything.
