how to jumper a cmos battery?
please help me to answer this query..? thanks

If you are trying to reset the bios, there is usually a jumper on the motherboard that needs to be moved and then returned to its original position.

If your motherboard lacks the reset jumper then you can remove the battery for a period of time. I've heard everything from 5 minutes to 30. I've never had to remove the battery so I couldnt say which is accurate; all my boards have had the reset jumper.
