Silent, low TDP 1080p capable graphics card?

I currently have an HD4870 golden sample graphics card in my computer, the geek in me compelled me to buy it in the first place. But problem is I dont even play games anymore and the noisiness and power draw of the card is getting to me.

I was wondering if you guys could recommend me a silent, low power card that could play 1080p video I could replace it with? Haven't been keeping up to date with the comings and goings of new cards since I bought the 4870 and I noticed a new generation of cards has come out.

Toms game it a 100 out of 100, same with the 210 if you prefer Nvidia.
