For the build below what else would be needed to overclock the processor? If I can with what is in this build how much estimated can i overclock it to?

ah, didn't know you needed wireless
the 212 plus will do fine, as i said it should be able to get atleast 4GHz

abitsd are the most stable boards for overclocking, and i wouldnt just get a better heatsink, id get a full size case (more air floa), and more fans. a 120mm exhaust fan, at least, and get several exaust fans that mount in the slots underneath the gfx card, th pull the heat from gthe gfx away from the northbridge and cpu. a1 or 2 intake fans on the front, and a fan over your ram.
